Alright, so a friend of mine gave me his Wii (On 4.3E) to softmod (The first time to mod a Wii from scratch). The Homebrew channel was successfully installed, so, I was going to try a game out in Wiiflow but it gave me that yellow triangle thingy and the Wii froze, then I tried Neogamma but it freezes on the 24th try and when I tried on the cfg loader it said that some IOS is missing (222 or something, not sure). So, I was frightened to play any IOS because of my past experience *glares at fully bricked Wii besides him* and made the decision to install Neek2o as it would be safe to do everything on the virtual nand but when I try to install its wad it gives me the "ticket error=-2011" and I read a post that said I should patch the IOS36 but when I try to do via the MMM it still gives me the same error, so in other words, I am stuck.... Please help.

P.S. The USB loader problem isn't caused by a non-Wii problem as I tried to format my USB several times to FAT32 and WBFS. And yes, when I tried the FAT32 it was set to 32KB as clusters and I made a WBFS folder with WBFS games.

Have you tried re-hacking it as a virgin using ModMii?
Somewhere a step my have been overlooked, which modmii can fix,
and setup a brand new emunand for you.
Just install it on your PC, and run it.
Have a blank 2GB sd card handy

your going about it a little wrong, for one all your cios are stubbed,so you just can't plug in a usb hard drive an play. you need to remove all the stubs.(222-249). an you need to add priiloader an then do a bootmii dump of your nand.( nand dump is the very first step before adding priiloader or any thing!). formatting the wii isn't going to any thing. but keep loading the stubs.( besides you can't format a wii to fat32/wbfs.. this must be a typo).
go to mod mii an grab that app to run on computer. run the hacking wizard. this will give you every thing you need. an follow all directions to the letter.
here is what you should end up with. this is my sys check though a little out dated. this will give you a genral idea of what your sys check should look like in the end. to get usb loaders/neogama to work.
