Seems a litle big Old, and I never knew of this.

Your sand box ds-dsi looks awesome! I wonder if there could be a 3DS compile version when it gets hack. As for know you should code it nice, Id like to play with that as if it were a crysis game.

hi thanks whenever 3DS homebrew becomes available & a process to run them. i will be happy to make a sandbox engine 3DS.
current sandbox engine ds-dsi is for DSi (runs in DSi mode at 60fps) but also playable in DS mode as (30 fps)
im currently in the process of releasing Sandbox Engine DSi-Hybrid v004.6 (the new name of the project)

for now tho only was seems to but a 3DS dev kit until someone finds a way for homebrew to work.

This thread is amazingly long for something so simple.

Also, it's hilarious that this board doesn't support actual deletion of comments in an easy and simple manner. It's like the mods are putting black duct tape over a stain instead of cleaning it.

I believe it is to preserve post count of those that replied.

there are better ways to preserve post count, but regardless of that fact, if someone makes a post that warrants deletion, should their increased post count REALLY be preserved? i'd much rather see those people get -1 but have everyone able to click the last page on a long thread and actually get to the last page isntead of 2 or 3 pages back because the deletions screwed with the thread structure. not sure if this hokey deletion system is default ipboard behavior or the result of a hack they installed, as this is the only ipboard forum i check

I meant why do you guys think thats all this was? Where did neimod say this himself?
anyone?
No, he didn't say so himself, but this is essentially an extremely educated guess, due to the the fact that neimod built a RAM board for the 3DS, so we can only assume he's using it to change values in the RAM in real-time. In short, we aren't 100% positive, but we're sure as hell 95% positive.

I doubt it's to preserve post count. Posts going missing is a very bad thing. People are going to think 'hey where did my post go' and probably post the same thing again. Plus deleting posts with no explanation is pretty bad form. Why were the posts deleted? This is why the mods put placeholder text in place to explain what's happened.

There's a lot of people that think this means a lot more than it does.

That's how the forum software works, not an obvious choice by the mods.

That's not what the rumor is on #3dsdev.... But hey what do I know.

@plasma dragon007: I have read the entire thread....

Smells like the PS3 scene. Every day, somebody new pops up claiming to be working on an exploit, the community eats it up and then someone smart comes along and tells them it's all bullshit. Interesting how a thread about custom firmware for the 3DS only reached 13 posts and nobody ever followed it up :ha:

Apparently, you know what the rumour is on #3dsdev. I'd love to hear a tasty rumour right about now, care to share it with us?

It must be the result of something they've installed. IPB supports full deletion of posts.
