That is a REALLY nice flowchart.
"I want to buy a go... can we get those cracked yet for HB?"
"Can i use the internal memory for ISO/HB?"
"firmware version to look out for?"
All answered right here. I'm excited!

So for assorting your games you have the set up like this?
Each game has their own folder?

/PSP/GAME/Crash Bandicoot/EBOOT.PBP
/PSP/GAME/Chrono Cross/EBOOT.PBP
/PSP/GAME/Einhander/EBOOT.PBP

What if you have music or video files? Homebrew?

/PSP/MUSIC/Filename.MP3
/PSP/VIDEO/Filenname.MP4
/PSP/HOMEBREW?/Homebrewprogram.??

The one you made for music and video should be correct but I found this works as well (mostly for videos since it doesn't register for me otherwise don't know why) and homebrew you got kinda wrong.

Memory card/Music/MP3s
Memory card/Video/MP4s
Memory card/PSP/GAME/Homebrew folder/EBOOT.PHP

Hope this helps.

The last time I had file location trouble was when I was hacking the Wii. xD

Its alright, the only problem I had was with my videos not registering on my PSP if it put it in the PSP folder so thought I might as well share.

Your ISO files are meant to be in the ISO folder in the root of your memory card not your GAME folder thats for homebrew and PSX EBOOTs only. It'll kinda look like this.

Memory card (whatever you named it) / ISO / ISOs go here.
