I know that game is bit older even so I hope somebody is able to help me. The ntsc as well as the pal version haven't quite the best control scheme in opposite of the Japanese version which controls feels much more natural.I was looking for the file to swap but couldn't find anything related to the controls. I think every game handles controls differently, so there isn't a easy way to find the file containing the controls (even though I hope I'm wrong with that assumption). So does anybody have an idea how to find the file containing the controls, or is something like that to hard to find?

I don't think so. I remember someone else noting that same thing in this thread (scroll down a bit...I misunderstood him at first). Still, no solution was given, so I don't think there is one. :(

If you have a PS2 I recommend playing it on that console instead.
You can attack with button smashing and without any delay between attacks.
Plus, having both analog is better for camera control.

If you don't have a PS2, then you'll be stuck with the weird controls on the Wii :(

It might be much easier the other way round - take the NTSC-J version and add the translation files.

How can a japanese version of a game have better controls than the european and american versions of the same game?

They changes the way you attack.

On PAL and NTSC-U, you attack by shaking the wiimote, but there's a slightly (big) delay between each shake or else the next attack won't register.
On NTSC-J, (released later) they remapped the attack to the A button instead.

I would think a cheat would be easier, like the one for RE:4 Wii
original controls = B>aim A>fire Z>run
cheat controls = Z>aim B>fire A>run
not that I know anything about making cheats

Because the Wii version of the game was not released in Japan until rather recently. Like, last year or something. So they probably updated the controls a bit. I have no idea what exactly they updated though. Presumably they made it so the game registers if you tilt the wii remote. In the PAL and US version it doesn't matter to the game if you hold the controller upside down or not. If you do hold it upside down and swipe it upwards, the cursor will move down on the screen. Or something like that. That made it somewhat difficult to draw accurately since you rarely hold the wii remote completely straight, especially when you're moving it around.

It's been a while since i looked into this thread and let me thank you for all these kind answers.

@snikerz I tried that at first, but it didn't work with the pal version.

It looks like I will ask at the ocarina board for a Control cheat, maybe something like this is possible
