So what ive been seeing a lot lately is people wanting to help with hacking but dont have a deep understanding of how it all works (myself included). Then there the people that do have understanding of how things work but forgot what its like to be a noob and how overwhelming all this information can be at times. This thread http://gbatemp.net/topic/287721-some-hacking-concepts-and-links/ is very helpful for learning but the terminology is big and the information is hard to take in at time for those that learn better by working hands on.
So what ive learned in layman's terms so far(correct me if im wrong). All data is almost always encrypted and signed; That applies to almost any piece of hardware these days. Both use a random generators of hash tags and numbers that have to be broken before you can fake the signing or access the encrypted data, rewrite it and send it back. Until its broken nothing can be done essentially. We all have to wait for a master elite hacker (like geohot) to "break the code" and upload it first. Then theres the groups/teams that race to who can hack and make a profit first but would be way quicker if they all just worked together.
Sorry, Didnt mean to start ranting. Anyway What i would like is to find a way to unify everyone to work together to where we don't necessarily need to wait for someone like geohot or hacking groups/teams to hack it first. Which would require more understanding on both sides: what its like learning complicated things that you have no understanding of VS. Answering the same god dam question that noobs ask all the time.
