I want to remove everything from my Wii so its back to factory settings cos this soft modding has done nothing but cause me problems. Ive not even been able to play a game as of yet through either usb loader OR disks.

I want to remove everything and start a fresh but this time use Mod-Mii...

Ive tried to fix the problems i have but im getting no where.

I dont think you have to start fresh for using mod-mii.
I used it on 2 awfully modded wii's last week, and it's perfectly able to play any game now.

well i ve run Mod-mii but i still cant play games off usb loader OR disks so at the moment my Wii is just sat there on the main menu doing nothing and its VERY frustrating!

Do you think its the disks im using when burning?? IM using DVD+R?? The system recognises the disks but then i get black screen saying cannot read disk.

Ugh, please edit your post so it shows the report correctly. Use the guide in my signature and follow the directions in the "Posting Your SysCheck" section.

I do notice that you have a bunch of alpha versions of d2x, which you shouldn't. Not only is the final version out, you shouldn't have been using alphas/betas to begin with.

I suggest you delete SD:/usb-loader and use the one from here:
http://cfg-loader.googlecode.com/files/Cfg_USB_Loader_70.zip

Just a little humble help from me....
Since you used syscheck, you should have a sysceck file on the root of you SD card.
Remove the SD card from your Wii and insert it in your PC.
Run modmii on your PC, once in the main menu type "SU" followed by Enter.
Then drag and drop that syscheck file from the root of your SD card into the modmii window .
Modmii will examine that file, and tell you what you need to do to fix all your problems by downloading a series of wads that will replace whatever is wrong on your Wii.
Then you can follow the guide to instal CFG and Neogamma still in the Modmii main menu and you should be good.

Just my 2 cents. If the wii is not old enough, it wont read burned discs period. Anything newer than around mid 08 production will not read burned discs. Also, burned discs strain the laser far faster than actual games. Your best bet, if you can get it to work, is to use cfg and an SD or USB HD. Good luck.

is the hard drive formated with wbfs manager, added .iso with wbfs and do you have the hard drive connected in usb slot 1 (closest to side of the wii)

You want to use Wii Backup Manager, not WBFS Manager. WBFS is obsolete (replaced by FAT32), and the manager is outdated.

PS: It's slot 0, not slot 1.
