Yes, of course

You must follow these instructions:

1. Go to your video once it's been uploaded
2. Click on Edit Info above the video
3. Select 3D Video on the right hand side of the banner
4. Choose Side by side: Left video on the left side
5. That's all

has anyone else been able to get a youtube 3d video (mainly gameplay from other games) come out good on the 3ds? the ones i tried before looked ok on the computer after downloading, but once converted and on the 3ds they didnt look so good. does that keepvid work a lot better than the other ones? or is that pretty much what happens to most gameplay videos converted for the 3ds? just looking to get more 3d stuff that is at least somewhat good quality to watch, been having trouble getting gameplay to work well. everything much appreciated by the way you guys have really done a lot of great work on these programs.

I tried to convert this video http://videos.rockst...r1-wmv-1280.wmv but the 3DS doesn’t recognize it. I have used the following options: 2D, Keep Aspect Ratio, Quality=1, 3500 Kbps, 30 fps. All other videos I’ve convert with these options are fine. Please help me.

Hey OK-Master.
FFMPEG still isn't perfect, so there's always some problems with some formats.
I had success by changing the videofile to an avi format first.
I wrote a short commandline like "ffmpeg.exe -y -i inputfile.wmv -r 30 -b:v 6000k outputfile.avi" and then I used the 3DS Video converter on the outputfile.avi.
I have no idea why it works this way but maybe we should always implement a pre-conversion process

What about anaglyph videos, is there a way to get something proper out of it for the 3ds ?

Anaglyph IS real 3D!!! instead of the left and right images being side by side, they are overlayed in different colours. In theory you can separate them by applying a colour filter, but the results don't always work.

I guess the problem comes from the subject of the thread, basically we're not talking about "real 3d", and most of the stereoscopic videos we find on the internet aren't "real 3d", shot from 2 distinct points.. that's what I meant when I said anaglyph wasn't 3d... am I making my point clear I wonder...
I'm not a pro when it comes to 3d, and I bought my 3ds yesterday so... well, you get the point

So here we're just trying to get videos popping in our face, to me it's far from being 3d, but that's just me ;p maybe it's good enough, I have yet to make it work ;>

@SifJar: I think may be a good option to let us save/load preset. In that way we can share more easy our parameters to convert.
