Resident Evil: Revelations will arrive in Europe on January 27 bringing along the. Circle Pad Pro. Nintendo UK announced that the 3DS attachment will be bundled with a "special limited edition" package of Capcom's horror game. Revelations will also be sold separately.

This is the first official announcement of a release date for the peripheral outside of Japan. Capcom USA has shown the game to US press with the attachment, indicating future availability in North America. Capcom USA also said there were no plans for a Circle Pad Pro/Revelations bundle here.

OT: I hate that they use higher-rez screenshots like this when the public device cannot display that.
This seems more like it.

Also I'm going to call it first. RE: Revelations is going to get a high-res Vita port.

Second circle-pad may be a good alternative for some but I for one would much rather prefer if Capcom would actually consider giving us the option for touchscreen-aiming...

I still think it was ridiculous that RE:M didn`t have that!

I never played a RE game, but since i'm getting a 3DS, I may aswell get this if the bundle isn't more than $70 or $80.

I assure you that after playing this game (Or Resident Evil 4/5 for that matter), you still won't be able to say you've played one, as they strayed so much from the survival horror original that you might just as well call them third person shooters.

... Don't say that....

It probably will happen like 1-2 years down the line. :/

Whether have the psv have it's own RE.

What's wrong with a Vita port exactly? The game gets more sales, more publicity, and a larger base... Not to mention that I don't need to buy a thumbstick if I want to play it well.

RE4/5 are jokes compared to the earlier games, however this one is allegedly supposed to have more of the survival horror feel of the earlier games with things like limited ammo, and more exploring/puzzle solving. I'm not really expecting it to be as awesome as 0 or REmake(my personal favorites) but it looks somewhat promising.

I'll believe when I play it. I'll still enjoy the heck out of it - hell, I enjoyed no.4 for its fast-paced action even though it needed a few more puzzles and perhaps more sense of danger (and zombies, Ganados are... just not scary). What I mean is that I want to be scared or at least startled by it, not just "enjoy" it.

Don't get me wrong 4 was definitely still a great game but like you said it was not scary and didn't really feel like a RE game should. 5 was pretty 'meh' imo and even less RE-like. I'm just glad they are returning to their roots(or so they claim).

@vid: WORST VOICE ACTING EVARRR!!!!

In terms of being scary, I never really thought RE as was very scary, I prefer Silent Hill in terms of scaryness (although the recent games also suck)...
I liked the first RE cuz it was actually fun to play, whereas 5, although it looks nice and all that (and I love the way Chris looks since he's even more badass now), the game changed too much from what it used to be. =S

Have you played REmake? I thought that one was decently scary. I think the originals aren't that scary because of the graphics of that generation, though I was like 7 when I first played a RE game so I thought it was pretty scary at the time.
