It hangs at the screen "connect wii & nunchuck with the motion plus.... ecc ecc"
Is there a way to bypass this check and play without motion plus? Or the game NEEDS the motion plus to be played?

Even if you did bypass it somehow, the game would likely suck ass without it.
There's way too many motion controls to not use motion+.

There was a cheatcode for this for the demo version....
Long story short: you can stab without m+... and then you can.... stab..

Ok thank you! I'll go to get it

That won't work, where you might be able to bypass the loading screen you NEED the m+ for many other ESSENTIAL things, for example pointing the remote to the sky to get power to activate stuff or slicing in specific directions in order to attack enemies that you NEED to kill to proceed or directing that little beetle thing in order to activate switches needed to open doors. I can think of many more example where you need it and I predict that by just using a cheat code you'll be able to get about 5 minutes into the game.

tl;dr: Actually spend some money once in a while and BUY (*gasp*) a Wii Motion Plus.

I said you could stab.. and stab... Does that sound very playable to you?
I said there was a cheatcode for the demo, and I told the OP what worked.
In fact, why are you quoting me at all? Im very well aware why the M+ is needed and how it works.

Also, you'd be amazed of far you can get by just stabbing.

Sorry, I didn't mean to quote you, I was talking to the OP. I'll edit the post.
