I would kill for Joiplay. I mentioned Kirikiroid2 before as well. I think the switch would be awesome for reading VNs. I might look into trying to just port something myself if I can figure it out. I know some people have used AI to help them port some stuff.

yup joiplay really is the best one. imagine reading and playing 18+ VNs . and i also know this forum has so many Pokemon who would enjoy fan made games for RPG Maker XP, VX, VX Ace, and MV

There is a port of Wolf3D but it’s not working with new firmware, maybe there is a compatible version or someone can adjust the code to be compatible

It would be nice to see a port of Metroid Prime Origins if possible https://www.reddit.com/r/Metroid/comments/1vhmcf8/metroid_prime_origins_new_fan_game_out_now/ (Nintendo is doing their best but gdrive link currently still working). Its gamemaker version is GM 2024.14.4, which is from March, so I don't know if any Switch games have released with that engine version yet. Or if there's another sneaky way to port it. Something to keep an eye on anyway.

That's RPG maker right someone needs to port joiplay RPG Maker component.

Plenty of people are asking already for an Android port, but also plenty of people are saying it runs well on Android with one of those apps for running Windows games, so idk if the devs will bother in a hurry.

Pre-existing way of porting gamemaker games is to substitute the files into a Switch game that uses the same GM engine version (and making any needed script changes in UndertaleModTool), but idk if there is one yet for this latest engine version. Prob worth checking updates like Deltarune's latest, I'll try & have a look when I have any spare energy.

doing a big test drive playing levels and stuff. there are many peformance issues on some parts (not in levels at this moment)
