GoW Ragnorak PS4 for PS5

If GoW Ragnorak PS4 is 30, and GoWR PS5 is 40, Can I buy the ps4 version for my ps5 and get the same quality as the ps5 version.

Also, would this apply to all other games that have both ps4/ ps5 version? just buy the cheaper version for the same quality?

There is some small differences in graphics, whether you notice them is another thing, I think mainly framerate you will notice more than anything else. playing the PS4 version on the PS5 will be the same as playing on a PS4 Pro.
There's a $10 upgrade fee in the ps store to make it into the PS5 version, so I would just buy the ps5 version at that point, its the same cost.

I'm not sure about every other game, some are just straight ports with no difference other than PS5 branding, you would have to look each one up.

if say gowr ps4 is 20, and ps5 40, would it better than to get gowr ps4 and then the $10 upgrade so i save 10 bucks or is there still differences between ps4 + upgrade and native ps5. i have a ps5

That would be better as far as cost saving, down the line if you are ever planning to resell it might hurt you there, the upgrade is tied to your account not the disc.
Theres no different between the PS4 disc with PS5 upgrade patch vs PS5 disc as far as gameplay/graphics/ect is concerned.
