Will you link me to the actual religious movement you are referencing?

Want to read about that group - just confused why you used the particular name you used - because I would suspect such a group would have a different name
Squirel guy has backing truth.did you forgot their red cow bs?

"radical Israeli-American sect"

What do these words mean
If it's that term, then it SHOULD be people who put Israel above the interests of America. People like Ben Shapiro, Mark Levin, and Dennis Prager. Those people have done everything in their power to try to shift the narrative that the US needs to support Israel in any war they want in order for Israel to gain more land.

I think plasturion was talking about the Apocalyptic Zionist-Christians like Mike Huckabee and Mike Johnson. Who are giddy at the thought of doing everything they can to try and create a self-fulfilling prophecy to bring about the end times.

Evangelicals don't have any tangible ties to Israel, they're just useful idiots for the zionists because they believe Israel has to own the entire Middle East before Jesus will return.
which by the way, if you have read the book of revelations, who the hell wants that to happen

Orange man slags off Starmet and says he doesn't need British help and and now needs it for his bullshit war.

Seriously fuck Farage and Badenoch who cheerlead this shit and would have commited Blightly to this dumbass war before their u-turn. With the impact on the economy this is having, time for the rest of the world to wake up and realise the US are an unreliable partner at best, enemy state at worst.

EDIT: Fuck Bibi and fuck those Israel supporting groups like Labour Friends of Israel whose bullshit is hurting our county.

The rest of the world should say they'll only help if Israel signs an unconditional surrender first.

As someone else said. "What would a Russian asset in the white house do in this situation"
Step one - Start an illegal war with Iran
Step two - Cause the price of oil to skyrocket due to the ineptitude of the administration
Step three - Remove oil sanctions on Russia, while Russia is providing Iran with support and putting bounties on US soldier's heads

Just so moronic, and another example of their knee-jerk reactions to problems that they willfully created.

Yeah, well, Robinson and many others have been exempted from the max height restriction for one reason ... they can play basketball. Robinson is considered maybe the best player the Naval Academy ever had. But he almost quit the Naval Academy partway through, because his height was likely going to disqualify him as an actual active duty officer. Exceptions were made ...

Robinson considered leaving the academy after his second year, before incurring an obligation to serve on active duty. He decided to stay after discussing with the superintendent the likelihood that his height would prevent him from serving at sea as an unrestricted line officer, which would be detrimental to his naval career and might make it impossible for him to receive a commission at all. As a compromise, Secretary of the Navy John Lehman allowed Robinson to train for and receive a commission as a staff officer in the Civil Engineer Corps. As a result, Robinson was commissioned in the Naval Reserve and was required to serve only an initial active-duty obligation of two years. After graduating from the Naval Academy, Robinson became a civil engineering officer at the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay in Georgia. He was regularly featured in recruiting materials for the service.

So it wasn't wartime, he only ever worked at a desk or in front of a camera, never served in combat, and the Navy primarily used him as a recruiting advertisement. But it's still a valid point that exceptions can be made. Barron should enlist.

Man who hates Nato suddenly wants help from Nato, because declaring that he won the war on Twitter doesn't seem to have helped. Now it's our fault if his dumbass plan backfires.

It's just all so painfully transparent. There is no long-term strategic planning here, it's just "hmm, people are talking about Epstein a lot. Let's attack Iran, quick easy fight like Venezuala, military popular".

But then, in an unexpected turn of events, Iran happens to be right next to one of the world's most important oil transport routes. Bombing the shit out of them hasn't removed their ability to fuck up the Strait in return. So then we get:

Declare on Twitter that bombing the shit out of them actually totally worked.
Declare on Twitter that the war is over, and that Iran really wants to make a deal, we promise, but he said no. (FIFA peace prize winner over here)
Declare on Twitter that the war is so over, that anyone else seeking to help is actually just in it for the clout because the mighty US already won.
...drop sanctions on Russian oil because oh god why isn't reality listening to Twitter

It's his usual gaslighting, aimed entirely at the precious stock market and oil prices. He does the most stupid stuff on a Friday after the markets close, and then by Monday morning he's back saying that everything is fine, please don't panic. But this has now taken two weekends and even the market is starting to realise Trump might just be saying what he desperately wants to be true, because bullshitting worked so well for him in the past.

So now we're at "actually the UK and other allies definitely needs to help", after he's spent the last year or so waging trade wars against us for Russia, and talking shit about the Nato troops who died in the US's various conflicts. It's a complete U-turn on his usual stance. I wonder if it's humiliating for someone like him to have to ask for help.

But the average USA price for a gallon of gas in 1973 was 39 cents, and the average price for a gallon of gas in 1979 was around 88 cents. By 1983 when I started driving, it was about $1.24 a gallon. So plain ol' inflation is playing a part in the price increases over time. And the price of a barrel of crude is related to the price of refined gasoline (obviously), but it's not directly correlative. Or else a gallon of gas in 1979 would've been over 4 dollars (applying your numbers).
Inflation plays a part, but another piece is "supply and demand."

I read an amazing stat one time, about 20+ years ago...something like, if China's per capita income was *half* of Mexico's, then world oil demand would *QUADRUPLE* And you can see here,

https://www.worldometers.info/oil/oil-consumption-by-country/

China's usage in approaching Mexico's, so demand must be way up.

At the same time, drilling and new exploration (and fracking!) has enabled us to dramatically increase our supply of oil. I remember back in the 80's when people were talking about "we are gonna run out of oil some day!" Well, not any time soon. China's big push into electric power is something that wasn't thought about 20 years ago.

Another source of price increases has been market speculation. Why are prices in the US going up, when we are a net exporter of oil? And we don't get any of our oil from the Straits of Hormuz? Well, speculators bidding up the price of oil also play a big role.

TL;DR --> it's complicated!
