It just makes things confusing.I rewrote code.bin, rebuilt the 3DS, and then disassembled the 3DS file to see what differences each file had compared to the original 3DS file. Naturally, code.bin changed, but so did HeaderNCSD.bin, HeaderNCCH0.bin, HeaderExeFS.bin, and ExeFS.bin. Could you please explain why these files have different values from the original files?
I used hackingtoolkit to rewrite the extracted code.bin and load it into a 3DS file. When I disassembled the resulting 3DS file, I found the following differences from the original: exefs.bin changed significantly HeaderExeFS.bin changed slightly HeaderNCCH0.bin changed slightly
