EDIT:
From what I understand it has to do with:
1. A save file named 0100000000000025 and I need to delete this or factory reset the Switch
OR
2. Fuse mismatch

Is there something that I can do?
Do keep in mind, the Switch does NOT boot in normal mode or in AMS. Only Hekate works.
END EDIT

Hey everyone, I would appreciate the help with this problem. I have been trying to fix it for a while now and I am completely lost.

My cousin downgraded his (Unpatched v1) Switch from 21.0.0 to 20.5.0 with Daybreak.
Now the Switch shows a black screen without the MicroSD-card.
Recovery mode does not work either.
Atmosphere is giving the following error:

Error code: 2162-0002 (0x4a2)
Program: 0100000000000025

Tried latest Atmosphere + Sigpatches.
There is no folder or file named 0100000000000025 on the MicroSD-Card
There is no NAND backup :(
I created a new NAND backup with Hekate and dumped the keys.
Tried NANDFix pro level 1 Unbrick Method with FW 20.5.0 without any luck.

Shall I try NANDFix Pro Unbrick Method level 1 with FW 21.0.0? Just want to make sure before I attempt this.
Or is there anything else I can do?

Kind Regards.

Hey, I had the same problem yesterday when downgrading to 20.5.0, and I managed to fix it.
In Hekate, launch your emuNAND or sysNAND while holding volume - and + at the same time. You’ll get into the Nintendo recovery menu. At that point, you can perform a system restore while keeping your save data.
You’ll lose all your games, but the console will start working again.

Hey, thank you for your answer.
He does NOT have a NAND backup, he never made one before. Will this still work?

Is there a way to keep the games as well? Because losing 500GB of games is impossible to recover. If the fixed NAND Pro worked with emuNAND, we could repair it without loss at level 1, but the developer forces the sysNAND with their software.

Sadly this did not work for me. Still black screen.

Sadly this did not work for me. No matter what I do, the Switch does not get into recovery mode or boot in any way.

Hi,
To remove the error, simply delete a save file. Do this quickly using "tegraexplorer" or via an automated script.

File to delete:
system/save/8000000000000073

If you are going to manipulate the sysNAND, always remember to make a sysNAND backup beforehand.
But the downgrade isn't very useful now, given that Atmosphere is running on version 1.10.0.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately nothing fixed this problem. I did a Level 3 with NANDFixPro. Now it's working again.

This fixed mine so I could actually load into the switch.

However now when I boot the switch up, it's saying I need to format the sd card but everything is viewable in DBI.

What did you do to retain the memory card or is it fine to wipe it?
