Cannot get rom hack patch "Pokemon Eternal wilting X/Y" working on my 3DS.

This hack isn't working. I followed the instructions..well sort of. It said to move the luma folder to the root of the SD card but I have godmode9 and a backup folder I didn't want to get deleted so I just took the "0004000000055D00" (rebalanced version) folder and put it in the titles folder. I have game patching enabled but the hack isn't working. I also have the Majora's Mask restoration hack/folder in the titles folder as well. Could that be the issue? maybe you can't run two game patches at the same time or something? here's how my file structure looks.Game update was also uninstalled as it instructed.

Why would moving the Luma folder delete completely different folders?

I have game patching enabled but the hack isn't working.

"It isn't working" can mean any number of different things!

Do you have Pokemon X installed on your unit, or Pokemon Y?

I thought merging meant deleting the other folder my bad. (Figured this out last night) As for how it's not working well the 1st city you go to has a poke all shop and if you see a cherish ball in the shop that means it's working. I do not see it, so it is not working. I don't know if this is true but I read somewhere last night (can't remember where now though) that recent system update may have killed the mod..

Also the last system update was two years ago. That's not "recent".

No, sir, you did not say whether you have Pokemon X installed on your unit, or Pokemon Y.

This is a rather important distinction as you are applying a patch to the title ID for Pokemon X, which is obviously not going to do anything if you have Pokemon Y installed. Hence my question.

try to download the game from the app called xGames 3DS and u can get it from the appstore or the playstore for free. no patch needed, that is what i did and i'm playing it now. but make sure to save your progess often cuz sometimes there is crashes.
