New issue here, I think I have all the cfw installed correctly. cfw is atm 1.9.5 and 20.5.0 firmware on switch and applied the sigpatch located on this site. I added a game using Tinwoo (as I am used to it) and was playing the game today and received Error Code: 2002-4153, and after looking up what that meant, I then checked to see if there was an issue with the game itself and got Error Code:2016-0601. I had been away from gaming as life has changed a bit the last couple of years. Anyways I see sys-patch is apparently preferred over sig-patch, and honestly I am still quite a noob, and not sure which I may need to use, as well as package3 instead of using fusee. Anyways, I am used to using fusee.bin. and will deal with the newer ways to access the modded switch later. Anyways, is it a sigpatch issue that is causing these errors?
Install this https://gbatemp.net/download/sys-patch-sysmodule.39124/

@strangeone1969 these are your errors:
Error code 2002-4153 on a Nintendo Switch typically means there is a problem with corrupted software or a corrupted microSD card. To fix it, first try re-downloading the game from the eShop, as this often resolves corrupted software issues. If that doesn't work, the problem likely lies with the microSD card; try re-inserting it, or format it and then re-download any games saved to it.

Errorcode 2016-0601 on a Nintendo Switch is a software or data issue that can be resolved by updating the console's system, checking for corrupted data, or redownloading the problematic software. If these steps don't work, consider if the problem is related to a corrupted or fake microSD card.

As I may have mentioned, it has been awhile, like close to 2 years since I touched my modded switch and wished I would have updated it in the right sequence, but I forgot that sequence in that time. The website that I used to get my nsp files from was shut down during my hiatus so I am in search for a trusted source to obtain nsp files since I am afraid to put games purchased from Nintendo's eShop on my modded switch for fear of getting banned. I am using a DNS blocker as a precaution. My SD card is not a fake as I bought it from Target, so I know that isn't the issue. I will also try the syspatch Impeeza mentioned in a response to my question earlier as well to see if that is a possible issue.

I'm seeking some guidance as confused on how to resolve a mixture of issues - games saying corrupted data, games saying need internet connection, games saying need software, fake signature, etc

I have been using DBI to check integrity of games etc

Is there any tool to verify patches?

Hello,

I haven't updated my modded Switch since a year or so. The last Atmosphere version I installed on it was 1.7.1 and the firmware version is 18.1.0.

I was updating the Switch using AIO Updater + getting the sigpatches from https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatches-for-atmosphere-hekate-fss0-fusee-package3.571543/

While coming back to the forum in order to update to firmware 20.5.0 and Atmosphere 1.9.5, I saw that changes took place and now Atmosphere no longer supports sigpatches in the old way and some people even have issues booting the console? Does that mean that if I update Atmosphere, hekate, the firmware and the sigpatches as usual, the console is not going to work?

The initial modding of the console was done by someone else and later on I learned how to update it myself, but now with things being changed, I don't wanna risk busting anything.

So my questions are:

- If I update as usual, will the console not boot up or it will boot up, but only games won't work because sig patches are not supported anymore?
- How am I supposed to do the update in case the old method with AIO isn't good anymore? I'd rather continue using AIO if nothing breaks and console will still boot up
- How to get sigpatches or well, generally games up and running again?

Long story short, just looking for the safest method to update from the version that I have now. As I have mentioned, I'm not really a modding expert, I just learned how to update at a certain point and wouldn't wanna risk busting my console :D

Thank you!

Anyone? I feel like my questions have been ignored...

Too many Pokémon ZA posts, and I don't want to contribute a new one just for the sake of it, so I will ask here.

I've been playing just fine. Closed out the game, turned off the Switch, when I turned it back on and tried to open the game I'm getting an error message every time. I can get to the screen that shows the game is opening (Switch icon in the corner) it will stay on that for about 1-2 seconds then close out and throw up the error.

Is this a save corruption somehow? I dont know why as I haven't used any bag altering cheats (I used a pokemon spawner cheat once to check it works then turned it off).

Any ideas what happened and or/ how to fix it?

@strangeone1969 i just reported the cause that causes those errors from the official Nintendo source.

Can I actually use a game obtained from eShop

I have cleared my microSD card and it passed the test. I am getting ready to redo my CFW. I was wondering if the DeepSea CFW package is a good one to go with, I did see it listed in the AIO before I discovered the error issue with my game and also wondering if I had installed the CFW incorrectly somehow if that would have caused the error codes 2002-4153 and 2016-0601.

my apologies, I wasn't meaning to ask where to find ROMs. I will figure that out on my own as I have since I started sort of learning the world of CFW.

@strangeone1969 i recommend installing a clean Atmosphere/Hekate from GitHub and then installing whatever you want via the HBapp store.

I wiped the SD card and used the NH Switch Guide to help me and installed the HATS cfw pack. I uploaded the game with Tinwoo, got to the same spot as before and again the dreaded Error Code 2002-4153 appears at the same spot as before.

@strangeone1969 i don't know what to tell you,i also use Tinwoo Installer but from a smartphone via NS-USBLoader and i have no problems, maybe it's the CFW.
Try as i told you a clean install of Atmosphere/Hekate from GitHub and then put only Tinwoo in the switch folder of the sdcard and try to install a game.

is *modsnip* trusted for firmware? darthsternie doesn't seem to have 20.5.0 and I'm using my internet before it runs out to ask this

I am unable to make a copy of my saves in sysnand to continue playing my game in emunand.

I've used a new SD to make a copy of the sysnand, and it seems I can copy a save file with JKSV, but once I take this file to my old SD, everytime I supposedly import the save file, I don't have the save inside the game.

I have the lattest version of Atmosphere and so, same version game (TLOZ BOTW) and same user.

What should I try?

I have a nsp file that is showing in NxFileViewer with Integrity = No NCA.

When I check integrity I get:
Failed to load NCA file: Unable to decrypt NCA header. The file is not an NCAA file or header key is incorrect.
No CNMT entry found.

Game appears in album but says corrupted data on load attempt.

Can I recover this or not?
