You don't have anything in mind, thats the problem. Your idea is:
- Lets get a jailbreak
- With a team
You don't have an exploit, a vulnerability, or even a bug. You don't know how to begin to do this, and you are not qualified to try to start a team. The people who might actually jailbreak this system are already working on it.
I can also tell you that this is not an easy thing to learn to do. I've been programming for over a decade. I have a degree in computer engineering and experience doing testing and validation for a real rather large computer company, and even I can't begin to understand how these devs find these vulnerabilities and make something out of them. If you want to contribute... start working hard on it and maybe you'll be the first to crack the Switch 3.

Too late. I'm already excited. I know visual basic, but I don't have a PC. I do have an etch a sketch and a PS1 gameshark with a serial port on the back though. I can write the code on the etch a sketch and send you pictures if that works. I don't know how the gameshark helps, but I thought I'd let you know.

Start your journey into the basics of programming and then you may have an idea on what the hell is even going on at a software level.
Show a "Hello World" running on a Switch 2
or if you see someone that has "Hello World" running on their Switch 2 kit, offer your UI design skills to that poster, otherwise your threads are just "theoretics" with no way to apply the actions - Let the programmers and and engineers do their behind the scene work...UI design comes later (it's not even needed).
I have a few ideas to build a much more affordable space ship than any that currently exists, I already have some scrap metal, a few gallons of gasoline, an oxygen tank and a blowtorch, I just need a group that can build, launch and pilot the thing.
On a more serious note, if you really are interested in contributing you probably need to learn programming and a bunch of other stuff that will take a few years. If anything you should probably announce your community AFTER you have created it.
The first ever community made Nintendo Switch 2 jailbreak, now before everyone saying this is to good to be true you would be correct I do not have the set of skills the rest of the community has and that’s why I’m making this post. I need your help. Not one single person can make a jailbreak alone but if we have a whole team I think we can get it done be the beginning of 2026
What we need from the community:
Developers: requires a computer and a switch 2 and the knowledge for programming
Beta testers: a switch 2 that you are willing to brick and a PC
Experimenters: a Switch 2 and anything do whatever you can to make it do what it’s not supposed to do.

This guy has to be AI, this is the dumbest thing I have ever seen, if you can't contribute ANYTHING and you just want to learn, then go learn. It's insulting to anyone who has actually contributed to mods/hacks/jailbreaks. You don't just start a team, go get good then maybe people will listen to what your "vision" is......
