That's most likely the problem. Original AGBs are not fully compatible with Supercard. If you have a GBA SP, try flashing the firmware on it. Otherwise you risk bricking the cart (this happened to me when I attempted to flash the SCFW firmware for the first time). I had to buy a DS to unbrick it.
i might be able to borrow a ds will it work on my gba if i use that to flash it

Most likely will. Thanks to this firmware the cart started working on my other original GBA and Gameboy player where it didn't work at all. Just keep in mind the experience might not be great. Games might have visual glitches and some might not start at all. But every GBA is different so you may be lucky.

I have one proposion. I don't know if it wasn't suggested already but if you can, it would be awesome if you implemented overclocking like Metroid Maniac's SCFW had. Some games ran better with less slowdowns.
Oh you mean EWRAM overclocking?
Didnt really think about that, that might indeed help with slower ROM and perhaps make up for some of the slower game play.
Do you have some examples of games that work better and some that don't with it? I can give it a shot. Of course this is only useful for GBA (non micro), since NDS doesnt have this.

Taiketsu! Ultra Hero (Japan) runs fine, Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku (USA) also runs fine, are you generating patches? Maybe bad roms?

Hi, taiketsu it was dragon ball taiketsu, of both i use diferent roms USA, EU and of different sites, patches in the web and in the card, and always tell this "This game will not run on the hardware found."

Yeah, EWRAM overclocking. I remember for example Rayman 3 worked better - when there was more overlays the music would lag and game slow down but with overclocked EWRAM it worked just like on the original cartridge. Even Mario Kart seemed to run better and this game is known for terrible slowdowns on the SC. I haven't seen any game run worse. It always helped. Though it could be implemented as a setting that can be toggled on/off. And perhaps a few OC modes. I wonder how much it can be overclocked though.

Would it be possible to add Czech to languages? I already created a translated .json file (just fix the extension). Would be nice to see it there :P

Heh just implemented EWRAM overclocking and it does seem to help in some games. Added it as an option disabled by default though.
would it be possible to keep a list of games you have previously seen and when the device is turned on it will pre patch them and you won't need to patch them when the you select the game? or possibly patch them the first time the game is run and not needing to patch over again.

Hi, may I ask where to find the overclock settings in SCFW? I recently discovered that it's possible to overclock EWRAM, and I'm interested in testing it with Mario Kart and Metroid: Zero Mission. Thanks in advance!

In SCFW it overclocks it automatically immediately you load the firmware. Works only for GBA, GBA SP. Nothing else as they don't have EWRAM. For SuperFW it has already been implemented but now we are waiting for release.
