Most likely. It's not that I didn't enjoy the premise but the story just went so bizarre in a way that I don't think it needed to.

Then again...I've really been getting into Ace Attorney so maybe I should give it another chance
I would suggest giving 999's sequel, Virtue's Last Reward, a go, as it uses the whole 'multiple timelines' thing more effectively - like, it's tied into the overall story more, instead of essentially only being used to remember the coffin code and in the ending.

In VLR, you go jumping across timelines a lot more often, and two characters from 999 do make a return; though it does have its own plot twists too, of course.

I personally would not recommend the third game (Zero Time Dilemma) though, as it's a lot more gorier than the first two (the first two had discretion shots or still frames of blood and violence; ZTD actually shows people killing each other), doesn't have a Nonary Game, and is not nearly as interesting, unfortunately.

Thanks, I'll definitely give it a shot. I'd like to at least see the series play out a bit more rather than judge by a single play through of 999. And thanks for the heads up on ZTD—maybe I'll lower my expectations for that one or skip entirely.

Another unpopular opinion: within the Ratchet & Clank series, my favourite female character is, by far, Angela Cross from 2/Going Commando.

Sure, I know exactly what others would say to disparage this choice compared to later characters like Talwyn or Rivet - "Angela is only depicted as competent before her gender is revealed; once it is, she becomes a klutz and is captured by Thugs-4-Less".
That might be true, but it doesn't make her any less important.

At the start of R&C: GC, her identity is hidden as she steals "the experiment" (later renamed to the Protopet) and it's up to Ratchet to retrieve it. Angela manages to abduct Clank from his apartment on Endako, requiring Ratchet to rescue him, and she's able to evade the eponymous duo until Siberius, where Ratchet defeats her and rescues the Protopet.
After that, R&C meet with the supposed president of Megacorp, Fizzwidget, who takes the Protopet and "accidentally" dumps them on Tabora; after the duo escape the underground caverns, Angela returns, demanding the return of the Protopet and then finally starting to explain how dangerous the blue fuzzball actually is.

In order to infiltrate Megacorp HQ and terminate the Protopet menace, the duo requires Angela's old Megacorp employee ID, as she used to be a skilled scientist there until the Protopet incident; indeed, it's her Helix-o-morph invention that finally ends the crisis, with her using it on the giant mutated beast.

I find Angela more likeable than later R&C gals like Sasha, Talwyn, and Rivet, as she's not an explicit leader (unlike Sasha) or fighter (Talwyn and Rivet); most of her scenes are humorous in one way or another, both as the anonymous thief and after she's unmasked, and it's never in an over-the-top way either. She genuinely wants to keep the Bogon Galaxy safe, hence her actions in initially stealing the threat and working with R&C to eliminate it afterwards, but as she's more of a scientist than a fighter, she can't do it herself.

Angela Cross is just inherently more likeable than Talwyn and Rivet, in my eyes.

Ngl, I do not like Scott Pilgrim so far. I’m watching that animated series that came out last year and it’s just too much for me sometimes, I don’t see the appeal. I’m only at #3 so I’m trying to be open minded here, and I might rewatch the movie since I remember it being cheesy, but enjoyable a few years ago, giving this series a chance, but damn . . . I don’t really like it, sorry gentlemen :/

I never read the comics nor watched the animated series, and I only recall watching some of the live action movie

Windows isn't bad for the average consumer, because the average consumer does not care as much about privacy or quality of service. They're probably just using their computer for videos/searching/email. Windows is only an issue for us weirdos who are obsessed with tech, so let normal people who use windows continue to do so!

60% people here disagree (im not part of that 60% but neither of the other 40%)

You guys want another unpopular opinion? AI will never improve. Sure you got your fancy little bits of videos that cane before captured and expanded on with AI, but it looks absolute garbage and no matter how much you improve it, it won't be perfect. The only reason you guys like it is becsuse you're lazy and that you don't want to do some of the share yourself. And it's not just that: AI is helping developers apply programming to their games l, which was never a tool before. AI is only good for showing the example of a decline in quality of everything, and I'm starting to hate the direction of it as time moves on.

AI can't even perfect a circle.
I totally agree to this.

Yep. Another thing: Machine translating isn't viable at all because no matter what, the true translation comes from the people that are bilingual and that they know perfect of their home language and a language they've taught themselves to learn. I want to hope that DeepL and Google Translate can do such jobs but no they couldn't. DeepL is accurate though, I won't lie.

The people who don't care about their privacy and their data leaking are the ones who use Windows that don't know any better. I don't care as to what operating system you use, as long as it suits your own needs.

Band Geeks is a 10/10 episode, but being classified as "The Best Spongebob episode" is kinda stretching it. I think I prefer Chocolate with nuts, Pizza Delivery, hell maybe even Have you seen this snail with the amount of times I rewatched that one, as the top contenders.

Persona 3 Portable is such a boring game, and It's nearly impossible to get into.

I could not bring myself to beat the game, let alone play the game for more than 2 hours.

I don't know if FES or Reload are better ways to play the game, as I can't afford P3R and PCSX2 is a bit of a hassle to set up.

I'm also playing P3P on Switch, so maybe it's just the terrible NSW remaster that's the problem...

...Or maybe it's my ADHD doing the talking (or typing).
