From the UnlockSwitch Telegram channel:

THE XTRACTOR !!!

Like the UnlockSwitch PBS, the Xtractor is upgradable over time using the SAME programmer. The Xtractor ’s main feature is its ability to back up your original Switch games onto your PC or Mac (Mac support is currently in development).

We've also included a microSD port directly on the Xtractor to make it easier to transfer your original games.

In summary:

The Xtractor is programmable and therefore upgradable.

You can back up your games to your computer or directly onto the integrated microSD card with a simple copy-past

The PC version will be available at launch.

Mass Production for the UnlockSwitch PBS and Xtractor will begin in early September.

I apologize if this has been asked before, but I couldn’t find a nice guide via Google search. I didn’t get a hardware dumper, because I have an unpatched original Switch, so I would prefer to dump it with Homebrew software. Is there a guide that shows how to do that, with the intention of using the file on these flashcarts? I want to ensure I back up every file I need for it to work on the flashcart and don’t risk me getting banned because I missed a certificate file or something. Thank you! :)

You can use MigDumpTool homebrew app, which was made by the MIG Switch team.

These are the official instructions:
  1. Launch MigDumpTool using the Homebrew Menu. Use the D-Pad / Sticks to move, A to select an element and B to go back.
  2. Select the "OUTPUT STORAGE" element to change the output storage device:
    • micro SD card: dumped data is saved to the "MigDumpTool" folder in the micro SD card root.
    • PC: dumped data is saved to a PC connected to the Nintendo Switch console using a USB-C to USB-A cable. The PC must be running the nxdumptool host program.
    • USB storage: connect your USB and wait until it appears on the list, then select it with A. Dumped data is saved to the root. We recommend using the flashcard's exFAT micro SD card with a USB Card Reader to dump gamecard data directly to it.
  3. (Optional) Select the "ADVANCED OPTIONS" element to control which files are generated by the dump process.
  4. Select the "EASY ONE CLICK DUMP" element and wait until the dump process finishes. The folders created by MigDumpTool already follow the format required by the flashcard.
  5. Enjoy!

Hey Guys!
After spending a whole week dealing with the MiG problems (red light, files corrupt,... Etc), I found this forum and it helped me solve the problems. However, I have noticed that no one talked about the real problem with certainty, most people just gave plenty different ways to solve the problems and hope that one will work. I'm here to talk about what is the ONLY reason those problems occur and I hope as many people as possible see it.

(Note: I used the Russian Dump files)

Any problems that happen is because of the Micro SD card, but not because they are fake. It happens because the MAX READ SPEED and the MAX WRITE SPEED of the card are too low and the data between the micro SD card cannot be transferred fast enough between the micro SD card and the MiG.

For example: The switch READ SPEED Recommendation is 65-95mb/s , so cheaper cards ( or fake cards like some of you call it here) will work when inserted directly into the switch, but not when inserted into a MiG because the MiG requires a faster speed than the switch.

The MAX READ SPEED and the MAX WRITE SPEED are the reason why cards of the same capacities have different prices.

For example: a 1TB with MAX READ SPEED of 200mb/s could cost $120 while a 1TB with MAX READ SPEED of 80mb/s could cost $70.

If inserted directly into the switch they will both work because they both meet the requirements, but only the first one will work on the MiG.

I do not know the minimum READ SPEED and WRITE SPEED of the MIG as it hasn't been provided by the manufacturer, but I do know that cards with MAX READ SPEED of 200mb/s and MAX WRITE SPEED of 130mb/s work every time on the MiG.

CONCLUSION: Buy a micro SD card with the fastest speed you can get and follow the manufacturer instructions on how to use the MiG and it will work.

RECOMMENDATION: Buy Samsung - Pro Ultimate micro SD card, MAX READ SPEED of 200mb/s and MAX WRITE SPEED of 130mb/s. Or look at the specifications of whatever card you want to buy and make sure it has high speeds.

And thanks guys for helping me when I was stuck!
