so in summary :in the aroma retroarch the gamepad is used as port 1 and 2 and the pro control/or control paired by bloopai is read as port 3, this also only occurs in the aroma version, however, just go to input and change the gamepad on port 2 to the control you use that is paired after loading the game go to the retroarch menu with the game open and then you go to input and on port 3 put it to be used as a remap for port 2 which allows you to configure what each control will be 1 2 or 3 next Put it to save this configuration to the list so every time you go to that list everything will be configured according to what you did, unlike the aroma retroarch that works in the right order because it doesn't read the gamepad on two ports like the aroma does, however It's easy to solve.
go to input setting & change port 2 to wii u pro controller
launch a game
go to quick menu then control menu & change mapped port 3 to 2
save
ok ill try it

Thanks for your help man.
It only still looks for "[sd]" when I try to load a floppy. Maybe I should make a post on the emulators github?
