Hacking Error code 2002-3540 encountered while moving games from the SD card to eMMC

Hi everyone,
I have a modded Mariko with Hwfly RP2040. Recently, I tried to move a couple of games, one 500MB and another 4GB in size, from the SD card to the internal storage. During the transfer, I encountered error 2002-3540 multiple times with the 4GB game. I never had such an issue before.
One thing I noticed was that I attempted this operation while the battery was quite low, around 10%. After a full charge, there were no issues at all.
What could be the cause of this problem? I'm a bit worried that the low battery can cause damage to the eMMC..

Yeah, I read this topic, but I'm not sure if it is the same issue. In my case, I get the error only when the battery is almost drained
