HELP Corrupted gm9/out file!!!!

Hello! I am working to hack my new 3ds, and I got through all the steps and am in the finalizing step. It seems that the gm9/ out folder was corrupted and in Window's attempt to fix it, it was deleted. Is ther any way to fix this? Can i just uninstall everything and start over? I am fairly new to hacking, and I have no clue what to do now. Please help

Got that, but what about the files within that gm9/ out folder that got deleted. I was supposed to save those files to my pc or external drive.

What files? gm/out is for dumping files, so redump them.
