no problem
use low melt solder ,flux and uv mask
dont brindge anything on the emosfet
and dont use to thin wire to the mosfet
the wire to cpu pins 0.1mm wire is enough

@Dee87 red is Drain, but the scheme is ok.
But why did you go with low-melt solder nearby the hottest spot on the entire system? I haven't done transistor install directly on the caps, but would prefer the classic Sn63/Pb37 alloy.

yeah i edit the picture with better explanation
sorry didnt have enough coffe

low melt solder so u dont rip of the Caps/Pads if u accidently pull on the Wire ( yes been there and done that )
plus the apu will never reach over 60°C my low melt solder is something between 140°C and 170°C

sry but i only use from google~ and enhance them online
theres online website i use to enhance the image.... but they limit how many times we can use to enhance pic :v

Why dont use thin wire to the mosfet, I intend to use 0.1mm wire, is it not okay?

No its not because u have something like 10A going threw there afaik
