I have now successfully managed to boot in to hekate.
When I press on migrating emunand it couldn't find it.
Now I have put the boot.dat and payload of SX OS on, and right now I am dumping the emunand to the SD Card, that it is readable for hekate.
Should I delete SX OS from the System nand before migrating to atmosphere?

You don’t have to delete SXOS unless you want to recover the emunand space. Several of us dual boot both atmosphere and sxos. This makes sense if you have a ton of XCI on HDD.

if you don’t have a ton of xci on HDD then it doesn’t make a lot of sense to dual boot.
