Are you doing something with that?

i have literally 0 knowledge of modding, i just copied everything that was in the older sd
(just to let you know, the older sd works perfectly fine, i just tried).

i have no idea what's erista or mariko, can you explain me how to see what it is?

No worries. Do you have a modchip inside or do you use an RCM injector to boot into CFW?

Well since you able to boot up hekate so I doubt you have erista or mariko if you don't have a modchip. Let start from scratch again, use rentry instead.

You may as well just start over and make a parititon based instead, file base is slower. Plus what is the SD card format? FAT32 or exFAT?

The problem Is that It says "acquiring fat volume info" and it's freezed on that, but i think this screenshot Is enough.

I am doing the test with H2testw, but that seems pretty long... 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The save data is on the 32GB micro SD, you would have to export it with homebrew like checkpoint or jksv if you can get that one to boot up.

Yes you can import it, I mean you can also try to see if you copy the file from the 32GB to the 128GB again see if it boot.

I meant copy the files from the 32GB to 128GB again, see if that fix it, perhaps something got corrupted.
