Hacking Homebrew remove edited badword list

so many months ago i installed a edited version of the bad word list and now i am sending my 3ds in for repair to nintendo so i need to unhack it to do that. im already done all the safety tests but do i need to do something to get the non hacked bad word list back like ctrtransfer or reinstall 11.16 using 3dnus

You probably can do a CTRTransfer or do a NAND restore if you have any, Im not really sure how to remove bad word from the 3DS, after you wipe the NAND, you would proabably need to remove CFW then send it in for service.

so i should be good if i just get the bad word list cia from 3dnus and install that right?

You should do a CTRTransfer or restore an old NAND backup if you have one, then uninstall CFW if you were sending it for service.
