Thats because the menu deteted that your PS4 is connected to the esp access point.that's what I understood, but I didn't unchecked the "connect to home wifi", I just saved settings, (without changing anything on the ESP config, unplugged/plugged the ESP) and everything worked, you're a master @Leeful
The menu first tries communicate with the esp access point. (ip 10.1.1.1)
If it communicates successfully it sets the menu to use [ESP MODE1]. (even if you have a valid ip set for ESP MODE2])
If it cant connect to 10.1.1.1 it then checks if it can connect to an IP which was set when you connected your esp to your home wifi.
If it can connect to this it sets the menu to use [ESP MODE2]
If it can't connect to either it doesnt use any ESP mode.
I don't have the time at the moment. I'm busy involved with something else and I dont work on 2 projects at the same time any more, it gets too confusing.@Leeful I ask the same thing again (I hope you don't mind, but I have not received any answer) if you plan to release a version similar to leeful v5 for esp32 that is official or a Lite version of ps-phive? I have been using v5 of kame, but there are times when the console freezes or directly, it gives me kp.
