Okay. So I have a new 2DS. I modded it just yesterday because I was bored. I did SOME stuff after I was done (dumped Super Mario 3D Land onto the internal storage and linked my PNID.). I don't know what I can do now though...

Check out the Universal-DB website if you haven't already, you'll find all sorts of great homebrew made by community members over the years. They cover a wide range of utilities, emulators, ports and even some original games that might interest you.
You can also get custom 3DS home menu themes by installing Anemone. To get the actual themes you need to go to the ThemePlaza website.
