All versions after v1.0 have this error, I do have all the requirements the 1st post specified though this error has poped up in every version after the first release.

Another user had the same problem,enable windows media player in "turn windows features on or off"

I think I figured it out. Red and Blue channels might be reversed on the Folder Arrow.

Further testing yielded different results. All the channels might just be out of whack in general.

Nailed it. RGB is actually GBR for some reason...
Wow! Isn't it BGR?

I have it all figured out.

Folder Back Arrow:
1. Unused
2. Shadow + Outline/Pressed Color GBR (Cannot be solid black 0,0,0. Use 1,1,1. Probably applies to the rest too.)
3. Color/Pressed Outline GBR
4. Highlight GBR
5. Unused
6. Unused
7. Unpressed Arrow Shadow RGB
8. Unpressed Arrow Color RGB
9. Pressed Arrow Color RGB

Rather unpleasant and time consuming to figure out, but I was determined.

The bottom screen of all my themes now seems to become corrupted everytime I add an image to it, any fix for this?

Re-importing the image, saving and then relaunching YATA+ just brings back the black stripes :(

YATA+ seems to have a problem, when saving a theme the "Use BGM" flag doesn't seem to stick causing new themes to not play BGM on a 3DS even when the bgm.bcstm is correctly applied and I'm not the only one who has the problem :/ http://gbatemp.net/threads/custom-theme-thread.377399/page-115#post-5625058

Is there a fix for this otherwise awesome program? :o

EDIT: Well it doesn't happen when you edited a pre-existing theme, only themes from scratch are affected so that's an okay workaround for now :)

EDIT 2: Nevermind it was a simple user-error, checking "Use SFX" causes BGMs not to play if no custom SFXs were imported, my bad! :P

Quoting myself from another thread here:

Yeah I know, that's not the issue here. I do have a couple of working themes, but one just refuses to work. I made it by simply replacing the top- and bottom screen images in YATA+ (and then later in CustomThemeTools) and then repacking. However the new theme doesn't work and I get the above error message when I try to install it. When I confirm that message and try to install a theme that usually works I get the same error message. Once I'm back in the home menu I have the music of the first theme and the design of the second one.

When I change back to the standard theme and clean-install the working one it works without problems.
Really bizzare.

Error in question: "error: [string "?"]91: error writing file"

Hello and thanks for your work !

I'm trying to create a "Solid w/ Texture squares" theme with Yata+ 1.3.1 under Windows 7. So I select this option in the "Theme Settings" window, then click on Save. When I open the "Theme Settings" window again and click on Save, I've got an exception :

Code:
See the end of this message for details on invoking

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

What should I do ? Thanks in advance for your answers !

Funny I did tried your "unused" but actually they are used.
Try to make for example the first alone. (meaning the rest black)
And see why I tell it :)

Here my detailed Idea on it + screen to show what it look with color "RGB : 0, 255, 255"
Yes I reset all my colours back to black bitween all try.
So good luck :P
FordelButton.png

PS: Gradient could be wrong I am actually doing all the test :)
Never set a value in Sat (Saturation) "0" cause it will reset the "hue" to 160 and cause to show wrong color.
Put Sat at least to 1 so it keep your hue. :)
