hourglass9 should be renamed to start_hourglass9

edit: Sorry, are you trying to boot Luma?

After I successfully downgraded to 2.10 i loaded the website and it went to all black at first. Then i waited about 3 mins before turning it off manually
I turned it on and it went to the Home Menu like Normal

Try this:

For all those of you getting something similar to this:
"arm11.bin loading.
Shows a black bottom screen for less then a second.
Glitched bottom screen.
Both black screens.
Turn off 2ds.
Turn on + start.
Normal startup."
Copy the contents of this zip to the root of your microSD, excluding the arm9loaderhax.bin and try again.

I cant seem to boot Luma3DS at all

does anyone know what to do when the Safehax option does not show up when booting up the homebrew launcher through the Soundhax?

I can see oot3dhax, stickerhax and ftpd II Turbo etc. But not the Safehax option

1 more question though. I followed every step in the video and now have the FBI thing under Health and safety. Is that all there is to it, or do i need to follow additional steps from the written tutorial?

You will also install the Homebrew Launcher

After step 14:

Console boots up, Wireless connection is disabled, and the top screen shows only half of the screen it should do,
the "resoluton" is wrong.

Now I cant enable the Wifi and fix the resolution. Any help,
or my 2DS is broken forever?

(Screen distortions or discolorations are normal for some devices while on 2.1.0, they will go away once you restore your backup)

You can ignore the top screen and enable wifi from the bottom screen.

Well, I can't enable Wifi, because it says I should use the "switch".

I updated my 2DS with PkMn Y to 6.xx system,
formatted again my SD and will start from scratch.

Hope It will work. If it disables my Wifi again,
im screwed.

Why did you update? You could have just taken out the battery and that would have enabled wifi. It's on the guide.

Well, it's a 2DS, and ATM I don't have this kind of screwdriver to disassemble it.

Got it to work! Now for the final step it tells to remove the SD card and boot up the Ds to get STEP 17 to pop up again. However, my 2DS does not want to start anymore without the SD card inserted. If i try to boot it without the SD card inside, the power button light will flash once but stay off. Any fix for this? So i cant get the Lumaconfig screen to pop up :/

I do have thelumaupdater and hb luancher on my homescreen now.
