There's a very small chance it could be patched in MCU firmware but I doubt they can do this.Is that something that needs to be confirmed? It's already known to be unpatchable.

I doubt that. I may be able to decompile the .cia files, and .app files. I might try that and inspect the code (If I can get that far.)hmm, I will still wait, this could be bate into a trap to allow them to ban more, I don't trust this
Nintendo is known for a lot things, but they've never been known to bait the user.hmm, I will still wait, this could be bate into a trap to allow them to ban more, I don't trust this
Meh,I'm guessing bootctr9 and ctrbootmanager are broken for now.Only one way to find out.it might look safe
but it still might be best to wait, to update to see want changes did happened
what does boot11 have to do with it? even if you meant boot9 it is still worth updating the system on their part...We have arm11 boot access yet Nintendo still tries?
There was some speculation that it was still possible for nintendo to block arm9 through an update somehow, which is why we have sighax/b9s to completely override the system at the deepest part they can't touch.what does boot11 have to do with it? even if you meant boot9 it is still worth updating the system on their part...
b9s needs arm9 access to install. currently those options are A9LH, Safehax, and ntrboothax. They could also just patch homebrew to prevent things. There was some speculation that it was still possible for nintendo to block arm9 through an update somehow, which is why we have sighax/b9s to completely override the system at the deepest part they can't touch.
What was that... fucking 2010? Haha
>rosalina isn't needed.Yeah guys rosalina homebrew launcher support and layeredfs aren't great features.
No more drinking for you today.I am going to level with everyone in this thread, it's pretty much always going to be safe to update at this point. There is nothing software wise that Nintendo can do anymore. They can update the NATIVE_FIRM, but now we have methods around it. Even if we were to find a software based kernel exploit and Nintendo removes it, we can still get around it.
Now that we have B9S, there's literally nothing the Big N can do to stop us. They had their chance with the 2DS XL and they still shipped with the old bootrom!
Once NTRBootHAX gets released, then it's all over for Nintendo. Trust me, flashcart retailers are going to start selling kits pre-flashed for NTRBootHAX because it would stupid of them not to do so.
Y'all so used to the old A9LH/Menuhax days. We're in the B9S era now, babies! Nothing's stopping us from having a good time!
