As much as I would LOVE this to be true, but no. I don't think that it can be true, not even in the slightest.

The Last of Us isn't even out yet. But if you're going argue with unreleased games, I would say that Halo 4 looks more impressive.

But you're missing the point. @Bluestar is saying that despite the PS3's supposed superiority, the 360 fared better in the end with most multiplatform games (just look at Bayonetta for one example) because of the PS3's architecture and split memory pool. Raw power isn't the only factor.

A todays mid level PC has a CPU, that it about 16x better than the mid level PC of 6-7 years ago. The graphics cards are >20x so fast. And I talk about low price hardware.

Why are there people, who think, that Nintendo is using old and expensive technology and not the current and cheap one, that is much faster than the old ps technology?

Bayonetta PS3 is horrid compared to the 360 version.

In general multiplatform games are better in X360,
but Bayonetta is a specific case of a terrible port from X360 to PS3.
I think I have never seen such a bad port.

The first comment below the article explains the 'representatives'.

Sorry, but this has become the standard knee-jerk reaction on this forum from those that either don't like Nintendo or love their competition. It's just as bad as those that actually do like Nintendo that much.

If the "raw graphics power" refers to bullshit numbers and phrases, yes.

However if the "raw graphics power" refers to the important things (fillrates and shader performance), then no, unless over time the resolution is also increasing, which means the test isn't scientifically-sound as it's not being accounted for while having a huge impact on the result.

You can't make such a confident statement without the logical arguments or evidence to back it up. It's more respectable for someone to defend Nintendo "with their souls" using logical arguments, than someone just going "NOPE SORRY! You're wrong! I don't need to explain my reasoning to you!"
