Shame he didn't seem to pay much attention, you don't have to do SSE twice. And I submit Wii fails as a name, a console should not be called by a name which can seen as synonymous with the word urine.

I think he means the final areas at the end. Where you repeat key sections of the game.

Also, everyone needs to keep in mind that he isn't there to plain out praise games. He's there to slam them for the most part.

I disagree with him on the unlocking thing.. I like to have stuff to unlock on my games.. gives me motivation to continue playing

And that became kinda standard on fighting games lately. lol, I remember Tekken 3 having more unlockable characters than "normal" characters, although, I have to admit that SSBB way to unlock them is a little "extreme".
The button mashing is mostly true, but it's also valid for almost every fighting game out there..

And I have to agree with him about the fanboy thing.. the game is very oriented to Nintendo fanboys

Why be offended? He's a reviewer out to stir the pot. I bet one of the biggest reasons he reviewed it so harshly is all the fanboi's who flooded his email account begging for him to do it, suggesting that it was God's gift to the world.

I love the game, I enjoy Nintendo, I enjoy the Wii and a crazy Australian wanker with a sharp tongue won't change that. Does that mean the video wasn't funny? No, I laughed pretty hard. Don't take it so seriously.

I love Yahtzee's reviews I respect his opinion and I loled at his funny rants about the game he reviews...

Yes he got some points there; getting half of the characters that you want to unlock requires over 10+ hours is a chore but that's his problem. And SSE isn't that crack-up to be but it's a good addition to the single player experience.

I laughed so hard where Yahtzee explains 'that guy' which turns into a 'fan boy' lol

all things aside SSBB is love and fanservice
