Hacking Zelda skyward sword cannot be loaded

HI to all.

A friend of mine got a problem that I cannot solve, I've tried everything but Zelda skyward sword won't load: when we try to load the loader freeze and the wii had to be powered off.
I've tried CfgUsbLoader (every version from v50 to v70mod65), Wiflow (from 3.x to 4.2.1), usbloader gx and neogamma (wbfs partition loading) with alt dol and blocking ios reload alternatively on/off and with all cios (ciosx, d2x, hermes); I've restored the wii to the first backup and re-updated all but nothing changed.
Te funny thing is that he played the game to more then half before the problem and that every other games works fine; the Zelda backup was made by me and my wii play it flawlessly.
If you say to use the original disc there is a problem: he said goodbye to his dvd drive while playing xenoblade.
