The address are th same for the cheats you mentioned except for those:
size modifier, moon jump; they are dynamic address.

Nope, all the cheats should be cross region (EUR / USA at least).

3.3 gets stuck on the 3DS logo very often. Is it a necessity to use?

I've uploaded the plugin's sources on my github.

If you want to improve it in any way, you can do a pull request.

I don't know for sure, but it seems that the 3.2 have problems with some cheats plugins. :/

Maybe the 3.4 is more stable ?

I truly don't know for the us version. The sources are available if someone want to check it.

On fort42, the addresses are the same for the EUR and US version.
But, the address is dynamic and the codes on fort42 reference them as static. So I can't tell you exactly. :/
