Hi everyone,

my switch in on 2.0.0 firmware vers. and i'd like to keep it as it is, but...

since a couple of days Zelda is requesting me, when i try to launch the game, a "software update" and i can't skip it... update it or i can't play the game. Maybe it wants to download the 1.1.1 game update?!?
I tried to factory reset the console but no luck
also tried to enter in recovery to delete any update already downloaded and also lo luck

My quetion is... considering that I want to stay on 2.0.0 firmware how can i solve this problem?
Do you think its safe to accept the download of the "software update" when I try to launch the game?

Thanks everyone id advance.

mmm.... 100% sure?

how can i understand when the console asks for a system update or game update?
No idea, but supposedly if it is a system update you can skip it.
The banner that appears has three buttons, one above that allows you to skip it and play, two below for ok and cancel.

You could press the plus button and update the game from that menu. At any rate, you can always launch a game without using system or the game. The option is right above the "update now" button.

ok.
let tell me what i noticed in my case.
With 1-2 switch when i click to launch the game it asks me for an update.... ok, cancel or skip and launch the game.
With Zelda i only have ok or cancel.... can't launch the game.

Perhaps its time to put it into a well closed vault until 2019, when a cfw is available that lets you fake updates.
