I'm 99% sure I have the latest patch 1.3.4 and the game tells me I don't have the latest version of the game, any idea why? Do I have to install each update 1 by 1 or just download the last one from Wii U USB Helper v160?

I don't know off the top of my head but there is like 2.0.1 and its like v190. you can go directly to the final patch.
