Gaming Zelda BOFTW Thread.

That doesn't make sense. They don't need to pay anyone because everyone is getting Zelda regardless. Kinda like Mario games. It would make sense if it was a completely new game nobody has heard about before.

Zelda is like Horizon or Switch Review. "Well it has this mistake and this, but hey it is Nintendo / Horizon"

the only thing i'm not liking so far is there is no recipe menu. as long as you have the food you can check the recipe but once you eat or sell it the recipe is gone so you have to either remember it or write the damn thing down...

All shown Amiibos spawn items + a chest.
Exceptions:
Wolf Link & Midna: Spawns Wolf Link with n amount of hearts, based on the save on the amiibo.
SSB Link: Spawns Epona

Bonus Info:
30th Anniversary Link: You get a chance to get parts of the green tunic (Time Tunic).
30th Anniversary Toon Link: You get a chance to get parts of the green tunic (Wind Tunic).


All other Amiibos just spawn few random items.

This game gave me a nice slap.
First I was WOOOOA
yes a Zelda with French voice !
That was a really great news for me, and yet it fit nicely.
Many would prefer VO or English yet hearing such game my native is a nice touch.

Then I suffered from that game so many time.
It has it's difficulty reased almost from the start.

Oh just when I post this post I can see something failing from sky and must stop this post and go see what was it!

All those reviewers giving 10/10 are probably really biased and can never be trusted again as I can already shave off at least 1 point with a lot of frame rate issues it got.

I am not that far into the game, and it seems pretty good overall, but I am still not convinced that its going to be that "master-piece" grade.

Also, whats up with the language choice option missing? Even 3DS game like Bravely Default allowed players to choose desired voice and text language separately. Not necessarily something that is going towards negative of the game, but it would had been a nice addition.

you get all the runes that let you do stuff (bomb etc) in the 1st area after that you don't get anything from shrines anymore except orbs. there's no items like hookshot in this and all puzzles will e solved with just them runes.

Today I went around exploring the vast areas of BotW's map and my utmost favourite -- The volcano! Unfortunately I couldn't get to the top of the volcano because even just being a little too close starts being highly flammable. Now, with that out of the way, I'll be returning to continue the main missions which I've put on hold since I was more interested on sneaking behind enemies and flying.

The Switch Pro Controller has definitely made the experience much better too.

i enjoyed hunting and the beautiful scenery. i spent a lot of time wandering around and cooking.. Sneaking around enemies too is fun and shooting arrows is addictive to me..

If you didnt notice, some of the amiibo spawn a random good item once per day if it is the first one you use. For example i have rider link, if it's the first item spawning amiibo of the day, i either get a random horse or random arrows. But if it i used a different amiibo first, i would only get a chest of random food when i used the rider. Zelda gives a random shield if used first for the day. The guardian gives ancient parts. Archor link gives either a bow or arrows.

The chest ones are completely random.
