Yw2 Kyubi orb locations?

So there's a quest in psychic specters where you have to find people around town that kyubi (in human form) can charm. They're not marked with a blue flag and just have a '!' above their head. The wiki only lists 14 people but whisper suggests getting 20. Does anyone know where to find all 20 people?

Nvm I looked on reddit and found a similar post. A comment left a link to a Japanese video showing all locations. You might need to complete a few quests for some npcs to spawn.
