Hacking YSmenu problem

I followed the tutorial i found in this forum, and I can use the ysmenu.

but, I cant change my theme, i tried putting the ysmenu1.bmp and ysmenu2.bmp on ttmenu folder, but when i start the dsl, its the same with before (lines, blue and white).

and when saving games, it stuck on saving, but it doesnt corrupt the save, i just turn it off and load the save and it works fine.

but both are annoying if i have to turn off and on all the time.

can any1 help me ?
