I assume this game also contains the game you're translating >_>

So what are you gonna do now? On one hand you should be happy the game is coming out in English, but on the other hand I can understand you're pretty bummed, since a release like this pretty much makes all your efforts redundant.

So Atlus is bringing it to the US...

Im happy about them being localized and all but you guys put precious time into this project and now it was all pretty much a waste....

Sorry to the translation team here that worked quite diligently on this. If you are close to finishing, then might as well keep going. Who knows? Perhaps your work will surpass Atlus' efforts.

I just posted on the other thread, but don't Atlus's translations suck 80% of the time? I know in their 90s stuff they used to add stupid English jokes and garbage that was never in the original Japanese. If there's a chance for that here (and I honestly don't know what their translations are like these days), I'd say it'd be worth it to continue (though, that depends totally on the people doing actual work, of course).

No, I PM'd Toni to unpin this topic, there would be no need for this topic since the game's getting an official localization, but we're still going to release a patch.
