Yes. Not powerful enough to stream video properly, or indeed decode and play FLV video on-the-fly. The WiFi speeds are also pathetically slow, not up to streaming video.

Why would you want to watch a YouTube video on a Nintendo DS if you can watch on a netbook/notebook or A PHONE?

Not ideal, but it works.

Because in the US many cell phone companies screw customers over... and that's not counting internet usage.
Also, a DS is more portable than a Netbook.
