Android Others Youtube error ?!

anyone else having this error?!
I uploaded a video to Youtube, and my video only shows up on my account, it won't show up on other accounts, and even if it does show up, all my (the channel owner's) and viewers' comments will be hidden from the video, even though I've turned on "allow all comments" and turned off "restricted mode".

I had the same problem. My videos and playlists were public, however they were not visible. I clicked on customize channel, changed the order of two playlists, and save it (publish it). Now all my videos and playlists are visible. Strange, but it worked.

I had the similar issue, but I'm not sure how to resolve it.
