DS Lite + CycloDS Evolution + SanDisk 8 GiB Class 4

I lost it in a plane and got a:
DSi + M3i Zero + Kingston 4 GiB Class 4

Since I'm pretty dissatisfied with the M3i Zero, I'm now waiting for an Acekard 2i and an OEM 8 GiB Class 4 (the ones from DealExtreme, just wanted to try if they are any good).

But the flashcart will probably change soon, I'm seriously thinking about getting an Acekard 2i since the R4's firmware doesnt get updated and many games aren't working properly on it.
edit: Can any of you guys please recommend a good place to order an Acekard in the UK. Or any places to avoid if you have any experience. Thanks

Red DS Lite with Guitar Hero On Tour full body flame stickers.
Cyclo DS Evolution, 3 memory cards. 8GB Main, 2GB reserve, 1GB movies only.
Carried in a black Zelda case with the triforce emblem on the front.
I also have an EZ Flash 3-1, but I broke it trying to replace the battery. Currently awaiting a little soldering. One of the connectors is broken off and I don't have the faciities to repair it myself. Nor do I know anyone who does

I need to change the stickers 'cause they're pretty old and wrecked at this stage, but the only spares I have are green with a triforce emblem or the other GHOT set which is black with an image of a gig, neither of which will look quite right on a red DS Lite. Might just get a custom shell.

    I just found out that the EU version is better in literally every way, better sound quality, better lighting, and there's even a patch someone made to make the text look nicer

    @TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)

I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!

    I am definitely considering porting over some of the EU features without using the actual ROM itself, tbh that would probably be the best way to go about it... but i'm sad that the voice acting is so.... not good on the US version. May not be a way around that though
