Well I'm trying it for a sick amount of time.

I:
- Removed my internet connection settings and readded one.
- Reset my browser settings.
- Set the theme to default.
- Cleant Internet Brower history.
- Cleant Cookies.

I SHOULD do something wrong in the process, isn't it?

What is your exact firmware version?

Are you below 9.0?

I don't get it working after zillions of times with my old 3ds despite my browser and OS are of the right version. I manage to get the yellow and gray screen, but then I get back to the home menu with the error occurred info screen.
So I want more info.

I noticed the hax won't be triggered when the slider is selected (= lightblue) when the arrow button group is used to scroll to the slider.

How do you have to to trigger this hax? Mashing the home button or "Menu" > "Quit" via the browser itself?
Only ticking on touchscreen allows to trigger the hack or is selection + pressing A fine too?

More questions to teampleb":

What does those yellow and gray screen even say?

Yellow == Attempting to connect to firmware server???

Gray == Downloading firmware, but when one packet is lost the browser will crash???

Could you please provide SHA1, SHA256 and SHA512 Hashes of your last working boot.3ds?

Which browser seach engine to you use for the Internet Browser? Google or Yahoo?
@teampleb it's not that simple

Sliderhax instructions:
0. put latest boot.3dsx on the sd root.
1. open browser and click on browserhax page link and wait for page to load completely
2. zoom in as far as you can
3. use the circle pad to move the screen view to the top left corner as far as you can.
4. with the stylus, poke the very right edge of slider bar. right where the slider would stop moving.

This gives me about a 25% boot rate. good enough to get themhax installed lol

I have O3DS 10.1.0-27E it works just fine thanks a lot you guys are great! I set the page as bookmark and make sure to clear history and cookies before any try! Big problem though is that blargSNES won't load any of my roms that worked previously when I used tubehax! BlargSNES basically freezes the machine as soon as u load a rom :(

Wont work for me. It constantly crashes. iv been to other tutorials and some just say to keep trying for hours til it works.

Im on 10.1.0-27U Every time i go to the site, i tap the veeery left of the bar thingy and then mash A. And it crashes. Iv probably tried this a few thousand times now, for several hours straight.

Did i do something wrong?

I got the yellow screen and it went blank for a bit like it does in the tutorial video. And then nothing happened after a while of waiting. The 3ds froze. Im pissed now, iv been doing this for HOURS and the one time it works it froze.

Did i do something wrong during installation or something...

Hey it doesn't work for me 100% of the time. So make sure you set the theme to a plain one like

I was just asked to update my 3ds and I wanted to make sure that if i do it wont mess with my browserhax or if it does is there an alternative ready.

It also doesn´t work for me. I try it over 2 hours. After every try i delete the history and Cookies, but i crash every time.

3DS: 3DS XL ( European )
FW: 9.2.0.8E ( updated from 4.5 with Gardening Mama: Forest Friends )
SD Card: Root: boot.3dsx / Nintendo 3DS Folder / 3ds Folder wiht Homebrews from the starter kit
Router: Easybox 904

What i have done:

1. Use a fresh format SD Card ( I use SD Formater 4.0 with Fat32 )
2. Delete all Settings
3. Copy the unzip homebrew starter kit on the SD Card
4. Change the theme back do default
5. Open the Camera with no wifi Connection and scan the QR Code
6. The Browser open after the Error i push the Home Button to return to the menu
7. Turn on the Wifi and open the Browser again
8. Wait 20 sek that the website could load
9. Use the X Button to zoom in and the Circle Pad to navigate to the slider in the left corner
10. Push the slider on the right side and also after some tries on the left side
11. And then this come this massage " error has occured and that you need to restart the system"

Result: After 2 hours, every time it crash

Any ideas what i do wrong or I just unlucky?

I think you're just unlucky. Some people get it right the first try, some don't. :(

Hey, i got it working, but in the homebrew launcher i only found a Region free launcher, other people have emulators ect. I'm new to the 3ds hacking scene and i couldn't find it in this Thread start page, would be nice if someone can tell me how i get more options in the launcher

You'll need to download the rest yourself and copy to your sd card
