Nice release, works perfectly (just unlocked amiibo stuff in my BOTW save).
And with this, someone could inject hacked saves on a vunerable game for a 100% software entrypoint.
is there a botw save editor? I swear there was one online, maybe it was for the WiiU only, if there's a switch one, would this be able to be used to put that save into the switch?
Seems to work well for BOTW, but dunno about the others. since I don't know where to find editors for games like MK8, Super Mario Odyssey, splat

Actually there's a save editor already. http://leanny.github.io/SplatHeX.htmlI think latest version of Splatoon use a new save format (1st byte is 02), the CRC is still at the same location and the save started at 0x10 as usual. However, the content was scrambled/encrypted unliked the older formats, thus you can't simply edit it. Game binary dump might be helpful so we can reverse engineer the saving process. Or you can just find an older save, edit it then inject. But in this way, you won't be able to edit the upgraded saves.
Has anyone been able to dump Xenoblade 2 save?
When I try to dump it, I get this error message:
"Using titleID=0x0100f3400332c000 userID: 0xc2a90692723d486 0x100045fdc3a42d3a
Failed to open dir: save:/
Dump over."
Though I can dump the saves of other games like Super Mario Odyssey and Kirby.

they probably keep it closed source to prevent Nintendo from looking at the source and see how they decrypt the save data then try to patch the save in a way that makes it harder to edit... Yea kinda sucks but I get it and it is what it isIt added Switch support a while ago.
Nice! Too bad it's not open source tho.
now we need a skyrim save editor
I’ll upload t now pal I do have a dump and in a hex editor I saw my name and race but that’s all I could make outI have been holding out on running homebrew on my 4.1.0 switch until Atmosphere is ready for initial public release;
However, in prior console incarnations of this title (Skyrim), the actual savegame data is the same format as the PC version, so a PC savegame editor (or a hex editor and some time...) should suffice, as long as there are not cryptographic safeguards against modified saved games.
I own the cartridge version of this title, and have been eagerly awaiting a cartridge dump app. I very strongly want to see if Bethesda left the hooks in for loading ESP files. (I strongly suspect that they did.)
If you can dump a skyrim save and post it, I would love to tear into it to give more useful feedback.
after you add them you have to find them usually at the bottom and give them a quantityWorked perfectly! I found it kind of weird that dumping gave 0 (manual save), 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (autosaves) but they're not in order. 5 is the first autosave? Just kinda odd, I haven't done a ton of save tinkering or anything before though, so it might just be me.
Slightly off-topic, with the web-based save editor, is there a way to add gear/items you don't have into your inventory? I saw the "Add Item" button at the top, but it seemed to just kinda randomly add food items, and I didn't see anywhere to manually specify the added item.
