Sorry if this question has been answered but I've been trying all day to fix this and I have thoroughly searched the internetz with no avail...
I am trying to play a backup of the PAL version of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. I have successfully ran the game on a few different loaders but I am have one issue that is causing me a problem. I prefer to use the Japanese voices of the in-game character with English subtitles, but the subtitles get an entire line cut off on the bottom because the screen is too tall. I know this is because I am running a PAL game on an American television and Wii. So I am wondering if there is some sort of y axis fix that I can use on the iso or an option in the loader. Force NTSC wont allow the game to boot in the backup loaders I've tried(green screen)
backup loaders I've tried are:
Neogamma latest beta
Backup Loader Gx - latest stable
Configurable Backup Loader - latest stable
setting I've tried
Force NTSC - green screen
Force Pal 50 & 60 - black screen
VIDTV - yes (no change)
Patch Video- All or Yes (required to run game)
IOS- 222 required ( I think ) - haven't tried every option here

PS- I have tried every "screen adjust" option I have. In-game, Wii system menu and TV. I only have a left and right option not up and down

Managed to get Force NTSC to work on neogamma but no change...
