Has anyone used a program called winXPup?

If so, I would like to ask a question:

When you create a boot disc, do you need the original disc/iso file?

There are better ways to update windows XP if you want to skip the internal or autoupdates.
If you want to burn in updates and do things like remove components and tweak windows all to an install disc opt for nlite

SP3 is available as standalone (mainly aimed at those that do this sort of thing, sysadmins, those with large networks or those that fix machines- so much nicer than downloading the lot every time).

Thanks for all of the info FAST6191, but I'm just looking of an XP CD boot disc creator. The information might come in handy later on.
