Gaming Xenoblade Chronicles - Colorless

I've been having a problem with Xenoblade Chronicles, as the game is being played without color. I'm using cfg version 70. I installed cIOS249[56]-d2x-v6.wad, hoping it would fix the problem but to no avail. I would be grateful for any suggestions on to fixing this problem.

Did you try the setting "Force to NTSC"?
